Grassy Areas

There are grassy areas in front and running the length of the back of the hotel. Below are pictures of some but not all of the available grassy areas. For those who have a room on the ground floor in the back will only need to walk across the sidewalk to potty their dogs.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Pigeon Forge resides in Sevier County and it is no longer a dry county. Beer may be purchased in Pigeon Forge at several locations, including convenience markets and grocery stores. Many Pigeon Forge restaurants also sell beer and wine. Wine may be purchased from Mountain Valley Winery in Pigeon Forge. Retail liquor sales and liquor by the drink are not available in Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg and Sevierville have liquor by the drink and you may purchase alcohol in bottles in Gatlinburg only. The Grand Resort can not sell alcoholic beverage but you may bring your own. Alcoholic beverage is allowed in the public areas of The Grand Resort (lobby seating area and Seaton’s Café) as along as people are not unruly. Please drink responsibly. People are welcome to bring their own Alcoholic Beverages to the Auction and Awards Dinners.

$300 RV parking fee (6 nights or less) Electric is NOT available, there are NO hook-ups, Generators are permitted and there will be NO CURFEW. ALL Generators MUST have proper exhaust mufflers!!!

** If you are renting a room at the Host Hotel there is no fee to just park your RV, BUT, you may not have dogs in the RV or stay in the RV at all. If you violate this rule you will be charged the full parking fee for the week.** Please still fill out a form and let us know you are coming with an RV and keeping a room we will assign you a spot. You must provide a room number.

$300 per week (6 nights or less)

There are no per night rates.
All RV’s must have a working fire extinguisher.
Reserved RV parking will be $300 for a 40 ft x 20 ft space.
Vehicles with slide outs must fit in their 20 ft wide space.
All 5th wheels and Trailers with Motor Vehicles must un-hook
All overnight parking is on asphalt surface.
No discharge of gray or black water or sanitary tanks on the grounds or in open containers.
A honey Wagon will be provided.
A water truck will be provided.
All dogs in x-pens are expected to be kept relatively quiet at all times. No barking dogs left out between 10:00PM & 6:00AM.
All parking is at your own risk. The SCA, the Specialty Committee, the Grand Resort Hotel & Convention Center, Nor the City of Pigeon Forge assumes any responsibility or liability for damage or loss to any vehicles, their contents, or dogs.
Fire lanes must be kept open at all times. Vehicles parked illegally will be subject to towing at owners’ expense with no prior notice.
Exhibitors are responsible for damage and clean-up of their own parking spaces. Any additional cleanup charged by the Grand Resort Hotel & Convention Center or the City of Pigeon Forge will be billed to the exhibitor assigned to that space.
Parking is a privilege extended by the Grand Resort Hotel & Convention Center and the City of Pigeon Forge and the Specialty Committee which can and will be withdrawn from those who do not follow the instructions and rules of the parking crew, or who resort to abusive language and/or other tactics, subject to Event Committee review.

McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) is the premier air facility in East Tennessee. McGhee Tyson Airport has 8 major airlines serving 19 non-stop destinations including Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Orlando, Miami, New York, Chicago, Denver and Washington D.C.

Directions from South of Knoxville:
From Southeast, (Townsend, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc), look for Hwy 321 and follow it north toward Maryville.
